It's not something I would do for every issue, but an explanation of what you need, how you tried the proper channels and did not get resolution, and what outcome you want may result in a positive and helpful contact. Truthfully, over the years, I think I have had a couple instances, but I am still with AA and gone from no status to EP now, mostly with my BIS, so that tells you how it's gone. Good luck, OP!
thanks, my issue actually got resolved without going this route. Customer success was able to get me my swu back.
