they have them alright but whether they use them is an entirely different story.
watched 3 different FAs have a completely different approach on one of my recent flights and just could not get over the fact that it’s still so haphazard. It’s nearly 2026 for crying out loud and somehow we still have frontline employees who look like they’re seeing a smartphone for the first time in their lives. Absolutely insane.
