Quite a difference in treatment at BKK since my last visit.

I was in the SP line and a gentleman came to get me from there and addressed me by name BEFORE getting my passport or BP, so they must have a Photo of me on file 🤣 proactively escorted to fast track even though on a W ticket. At lounge again greeted by name and new lounge manager escorted me to the "Ultimate" area and she had my favorite drinks waiting. Sparkling wine followed though they said it was champagne I doubt it

Over all a good start, not expecting much of the KLM flight since its nearly packed only 2 middle seats in W vacant but it is what it is 😀
