Just tried Concorde Dining at MIA and can't speak highly enough of it. Pictures below - the beef (minus mushrooms) is one of the top five dishes I've ever tasted.

Seems to be staffed mainly by a team of three guys and if anyone from BA is reading this, my waiter was one of the three who joined a little later than the others so hasn't tried all of the dishes yet - please solve this
