I'm not sure those are showers. The rooms with a "shower pan" look more like custodial rooms for filling/dumping mop buckets, since there's also one in the "back of house" area. The larger stalls are more likely to be accessible restrooms. The chair in the stall is weird though, maybe also serving as a nursing room?
