While not agreeing 100%, I can totally understand what you’re saying. I know I may be unfairly generalising, but I find EFW crew increasingly inactive and, frankly, slack. EZY crew seem happier, more active and proactive in all tasks. CE is becoming less attractive as an experience that combined with the abolition of loyalty incentives is making EZY and even Wizz much more attractive and making the carrier decision a simple matter of price for value.
As a current GCH I get benefits like fast track and seat selection that when comparing carriers still usually indicates BA as best value to me, but this will almost certainly change in the coming years.
