China Airlines to offer 24 hours CSR
Effective October 31, 2025, China Airlines will offer 24 hours customer service representative (about a year late in comparison to BR).

0800-1830 will be serviced by Taipei office. 1831-0759 will be staffed by outstations.

Taipei: 02-412-9000.
North America: 1-800-227-5118.

I would call the NA number as that's toll free.
