Yikes. Personally, I would not even bother.

I have not been to *A lounge at LAX for a while, but during my LAX transfer earlier this year while catching an AA flight, the terminal access was cutoff into two parts due to construction...you had to use underground tunnel for T4 gates. Not sure if that is still the case.

Given T4 is a critical airside route to/from TBIT, not worth the headache for me for *A lounge visits.
