I have flown BOS to LHR and back a few times since the shut down. Bos has had some tough weather and has a runway shut for work, long planned, but doesn’t tend to have a huge effect on intl flights. Zero issues with immigration, the one place that there have been issues is security, and there is construction at terminal e so get to the airport early, for your return flight,
