From the Honors terms: "Hotel Rewards Stay ... 15. Members will earn Points for combined Points and money Reward Stays on any money spent on eligible folio charges within the Hilton Portfolio. Members will earn Points for incidental charges for full Points Rewards Stays." This seems pretty clear. SLH is new to Hilton so perhaps the rules haven't been fully implemented yet. Has anyone tried calling Hilton and asking for the missing points to be added? In the old days when Hilton IT was way worse than it is today (!), missing incidental points were common.
