And morale... And unhappy employees are not efficient employees.
But I'm afraid things are going to have to get bad before the powers that be are sufficiently motivated. Kind of glad at this point my last firm trip for the year is next week...but also nervous about what I'll find at both ends.
"Thank you for being here" is a phrase I've been using at TSA more often than I ever would have thought.
