I was up front on SJC-SAN a few days ago on OO and frankly was not impressed with the inflight service at all. In fact I went back and looked at old photos and reminisced about how much better it used to be, though I don't remember if those older experiences were on OO or QX – just that they were on the 175.

What were the issues?
- no PDBs
- snack basket came out super late
- no follow-up by the FA
- when i asked for a second round, FA didn't get the hint that maybe she should offer it to others in the cabin
- weird shenanigans with the front lav which was not unlocked at cruising altitude resulting in the guy behind me being told to use the coach lav as if someone was in there when in fact it was empty.
