I am a huge fan of the DCA UC, but I had the chance to try out the Centurion Club today. The UC in DCA was reliable as always. I thought their buffet was superior; much better nibbly options. And they have Rombauer, which I always enjoy. Plenty of room and seating choices.

Don't bother with Centurion if you have UC access in DCA, IMHO.
