Nope. I looked at the email Chase sent and it does say anything about taxes, fees, and resort fees are included. It just gave you a total how much was paid. Even worst is that in the fine prints of the email, it said "Additional General Policy Information Daily resort fee will be added to all stays, cannot pay with points and must be paid upon check-in."

The thing is that I am pretty sure resort fee is not included and it was Chase listing (not only on EDIT hotel, some non EDIT hotels also have the same problem) that has an mistake. And after booking, I can't really prove it as I didn't make any screenshots of the original listing. Oh well, live and learn.
