2. Business Executive Medallion. These middle/upper management or small business owner dudes/dudesses have the latitude to spend incremental $$'s for HQK fares and frequently do so. They are arguably the target DL wants to attract with their SM's changes but probably only represent 15-20% of the Medallion base.
I bet it is fewer percent than that these days with the difference between LUT and HQK often being 100%+ at least in my markets.
