It's not about angst. I'm not losing sleep over this. But it irks me as a matter of principle and was curious what others thought.

I mean, if a restaurant charged you $70 for something you didn't order and didn't receive, would you just say no big whoop? Or would you point it out and ask that it be taken off your bill?
