I agree that I see PDBs more frequently on SkyWest than Horizon. Beyond that, I generally don't experience much difference between the two.
If one were in the mood to be cynical about AS's IT, one could argue that the systems used to do W&B calculations for AS/QX might be more likely to fail than OO's systems.
