No, still excluded:

All published fares booked on eligible airlines, ticketed on British Airways (125), American Airlines (001), Iberia (075) & Japan Airlines (131) are eligible to earn On Business Points.
Reward Flights, group bookings, agency or industry discounted tickets and any other fares that have already been discounted, are not eligible to earn On Business Points.
Package bookings including Flight + Car or Flight + Hotel are also not eligible to earn On Business Points.
