Had a decent stay in Nov 2023 (highlight being the view and hard product) but just checked my email and we paid $700/night and had a $350 property credit so that may have influenced things a bit. 1 Hotels are not known for their service and Hawaii can be a difficult place to retain good talent so not all that surprised service fell flat 2356
