Unofficial timeline found elsewhere is WiFi reconfig to Viasat starts Fall '26, interior after that. (My read on that is 'after the 77Ws are completed.' I would think that the 77E refit ROI is bumping up against the life expectancy of the frame.)
You could possibly spin this as AA being cheap and not buying new 789/Xs, but I would think that AA is simultaneously so desperate for premium seats and in a financial bind that this has to happen. They screwed up their fleet plan so bad, new frames are years away, and still not on order. They're still kicking the can down the road, but it's a shinier can now.
Assuming this happens, the other 'when?' after a new WB order is 'when do they realize they need more MCE seats on the entire NB (and WB, too, for that matter) fleet?' And judging by the A319/320 refits evidently in progress, the answer is 'not yet.' /headdesk
