My home airport does not have a restaurant, let alone an AC. In the last six months they've doubled the number of airside vending machines from two to four with the addition of a hot coffee machine and a refrigerated vending machine that has terrible sandwiches.
That is more than mine has. They did have a stand a few years ago that sold sandwiches and stuff and even had beer and wine. But there isn't enough volume for something like that to work.
