BA could very well transition the 77W eventually to LGW, as they are newer than the 772 thus maintaining 777 LGW fleet and hand me down status.
Until more LH planes start arriving, it’s all crystal ball gazing for sure.
I believe we were under the impression that the 77W was too large for some of the LGW destinations [as was the 35K] - though this discussion was a while back so it's possible the airports impacted have made improvements by now.
