Everyone and especilly EU residents who received the email with the title "Don’t leave us now! ?" from ITA Airways with some random flight from Rome and the text " Take up from where you left off! Dear Customer, You left something very important pending…your next trip is just a click away!" should contact Lufthansa LH GROUP, DATENSCHUTZ <[email protected]> and [email protected] <[email protected]> and [email protected] with a complaint for violation of privacy and attempt to access or breach your account at ITA airways to check your status by doing a random booking and enter your email and status number you have issued. It is a serios breach of privacy and GDPR and attempt to impersonate another person.

I know that they have tried to silent a person who discovered the unlawful actions by offering a status match which should already been approved but was denied without any details as several people in this forum.
