Is it really necessary to start the booking from the FB website? The link just opens the Uber app, so why add this additional step?
Edit: the confirmation email states that one will earn in France and the Netherlands.Nothing about the other countries mentioned by @

Thanks, the confirmation email states only France and Netherlands, but I am still confused as the T&C state that:
3. Miles earning scheme and procedures. Following the completion of the steps described in Section 2.1. and 2.2. you can earn Miles with Flying Blue when riding rewarded Uber products. Upon completing eligible trips with Uber, the Flying Blue Miles will be credited to your Flying Blue account as per the following form: 1 Flying Blue Mile per euro spent on Uber Black or Berline, Comfort, Van, and X Priority excluding Uber Taxi and Uber X journeys in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. To be eligible to earn Miles, you must book your qualifying ride exclusively on the Flying Blue website, or the Air France and KLM apps and websites via the ‘book a ride’ link.
Or maybe the FB account has to be registered in one of those countries to be able to earn miles for rides in France and the Netherlands? I don't know, gets too complicated for me.
