b) what's the purpose of the research? (i.e. part of a Masters degree, PhD etc)
c) and as has already been mentioned upthread, what you will do with the data that you obtain.

I’m currently studying at Avans University, where I’m completing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business. This survey is part of my final-year research project. It focuses on how travelers experience and perceive digital air travel services such as automated check-in, fast track, and baggage tracking. The results will only be used for my bachelor thesis and are completely anonymous. I’m just hoping to get some real insights from experienced travelers like many of you here.
