I need help.
I book a UA J award on TG.
I have the TG PNR, so I can manage my booking.
It asks me to update my passenger detail. I get the page and can fill all the remaining information. But the Prefix (like Mr or Dr) cannot be modified (it shows a "-"). Then the site rejects my information as the prefix MUST be entered. The info transmitted by UA does show "male" as gender. Tried multiple times. And I cannot select seats until that prefix is fixed.
And I cannot find any phone number to call or chat from Hong Kong.

I appreciate any suggestion.
