⚠️These search results are showing flights that don't qualify for the discount code you entered. You can change your search to include flights that qualify for this discount code. No results available.
When I change it to No Preference under Upgrade Options, all of the flights magically appear. Can you no longer upgrade companion fare bookings? Or at the very least, can you no longer search for or book into an upgradable fare bucket when using a companion code? This will seriously blow if that is the case.
I'm running into the same problem--getting the same error message when selecting the upgrade certificate option--I've cleared history, used a different browser, etc...unless this is a "new" enhancement my guess is that it can be done manually by an agent but I'm not quite ready to book yet so I'm not sure. I guess I can add this to my growing list of tasks I can no longer take care of online...so far I've got to call an agent if I want to...
1. Book a round-trip in an upgradeable fare class when selecting "Upgrade Certificate" (one direction still never books in N class or higher unless that's all that's available).
2. Use a currently valid upgrade certificate to upgrade a flight after the certificate expiration.
3. Book an upgrade certificate eligible fare class with a companion certificate.
