I received an email newsletter from SFO today saying that the T3 AirTrain station will close on Tuesday, Nov. 4, for the rest of the project. The Economy check-in lobby in T3 will also close that day. I cannot tell but maybe part of the Premier lobby in T3 will start to accept Economy passengers? The update said use the T2 AirTrain station for both T2 and T3; use the T2 checkin lobby and security for flights from the D and E Gates; and use the T3 checkin lobby and security for flights from the F Gates. We'll see next week!
