My IHG Diamond and WN A-List status activation unlocked today, which was a welcome development.
The upgrade to IHG Diamond occurred instantly, and IHG Diamond, in turn, is unlocking Hertz President's Circle status.
Mine also unlocked tonight. I did call to complain, not sure if that did the trick or if someone upstairs in Chase heard the bad PR
