Which paired seats have the highest chance of staying paired? I'm assuming the 48s.
United currently has 23 domestic "HD" 777-200s in the fleet. There are three versions - 77G (9), 77M (10), and 77O (4) - each with a slightly different seating arrangement.
Row 37: Pair of seats (A/B, K/L) on 14 of the 23 planes (77M and 77O).
61% of the fleet.
Rows 39 and 40: Pair of seats (A/B, K/L) on 9 of the 23 planes (77G).
39% of the fleet.
Row 48: Pair of seats (A/B, K/L) on 19 of the 23 planes (77G and 77M).
83% of the fleet.
Rows 49, 50, and 51: Pair of seats (A/B, K/L) on
100% of the 777 HD fleet. The K/L seats in these rows are not available to select until approximately 48 hours before departure.
