YUL is only a 3 month renovation. In Quebec that would just be enough time for a coat of paint and maybe a bit of new furniture. I doubt there will be much to reveal.

That's partly why I'm particularly interested in YUL. It's not seen any changes that I can recall since I first saw it in 1993 so very curious to what they are going to do as it clearly needs more than a fresh coat of paint and a deep-clean of the washroom.
I would like to see them move the food station and bar into that back, dark area and open up the area by the windows for seating given the great views and natural lighting.
I'd also like to see them improve the smoked meat sandwiches but that's a topic for another thread...
My cynical view is all they are doing is re-configuring the seating to cram in more people and not improving the 'lounge' experience, rather degrading it yet again...but I'll be happy to be wrong.
