I totally agree with your sentiment, but feel quite certain that there will be no satisfactory "growth" in Congress until we have news bulletins that it has totally frozen over in a very hot place. If Congress did manage to grow a pair, disrupting the competitive advantage of offshoring jobs could be good for customers and employees, not just at SWA but in many other industries.
