Definitely works for the rideshare credits, from personal experience. And not only the lower minimum, but you also get a few extra miles.
Looks like Stubhub via MPX is a $25 minimum (plus 3x miles). I don't think I'll have that much left of my credit this period, so hopefully some kind guinea pig will take a flyer for the common good.
