Please specify disappointing. Because there are quite a lot good Mgallery/Sofitel/Raffles in Western Europe.

so unless you are very unlucky i don’t see how you could be disappointed

i have stayed with a lot at Sofitel and Mgallery in Europe and the only one i don’t like is Sofitel Quiberon Thalassa because it is dated and purely destined to a public of unpleasant senior guests

otherwise most properties are great, i cannot say the same for brands like Mercure or Novotel but saying Sofitel Mgallery and Raffles in Europe are disappointing is untrue.
