Yes, they bring my meal out first usually. No, they don't do the whole catering early. I usually get the nuts, starter, etc., with everyone else. If it's "gluteny" I'll refuse it and they'll try to figure out if they have a different choice for me. It seems like sometimes the different "special" elements are in different places so they don't realize there's a cold thing and a hot thing that are all part of my special meal so they have to find it. It's not as chaotic as it sounds and I haven't starved yet. Sometimes it gets doubled up when they figure it out.
