I don't want to be cheap about things, but $27 in shipping and taxes for an $0.18 part that fell off on the first use doesn't seem reasonable to me.

After telling me they'd send me the part no charge, and that I'd get a confirmation e-mail in 10 minutes confirming this, I got an e-mail confirming that they would not send the part for free and directing me to pay $27 for the 18 cent part. They also said that they replaced the bag once (fell apart on 2nd usage) and that I had not provided a purchase receipt (not true, I did provide and still have one).
Called back and asked for a supervisor. They said I could not talk with one, but a supervisor would be sending me an e-mail message.
I used to think pretty highly of this brand.
