Great suggestion. Looks like they will ship the part free. I replied to 3 e-mail messages and they told me to pound sand. Called yesterday, and essentially I was told to pound sand. Called this morning, and asked for a supervisor. Without connecting me, they agreed to send it for free.

I don't want to be cheap about things, but $27 in shipping and taxes for an $0.18 part that fell off on the first use doesn't seem reasonable to me.
