I also concur that Chase is the one that is processing the credits for these transactions when their system recognizes an eligible transaction and they are not processed by Stubhub or Open Table or any other merchant that offer the various credits across the many different Chase cards. It seems that Chase has (correctly) identified that my purchase was for a gift card and that transaction has therefore not triggered the credit for me.
In addition, we have a very recent DP for a Stubhub credit in post #15 above, where the purchase was made on 10/25 and the tracker already moved on 10/27 to show the credit was used. That's 2 days later which is exactly the same as my experience with the Open Table dining credit. I'm not saying that 4 days is a long time but it's contrary to my own past experience with other credits and the many DPs I've seen across the web. Maybe the credit will still come (I wish!) but I'm quite doubtful at this point.
