That's not an unreasonable concern. You can stream at 10Mbps, but you might struggle with HD. I generally recommend using a Tailscale Exit Node to those users with a symmetrical (or at least 100 Mbps up, similar to OpenReach full fibre connections in the UK) fibre connection to the house. I have also used Nord for streaming and found it reliable (caveat: I get Nord via my Revolut card - most people probably pay).
