there are multiple DPs online that chase's credits (the edit, dining and stubhub) posting within 1 or 2 days after transaction. add in the fact that
chase is applying the dining credits to the wrong opentable restaurants, it is quite safe to say that chase applies the credit once they determined an eligible transaction on their end, and they deal with the hotels/opentable/stubhub separately
i agree with friedablass to stay away from stubhub credits for now since it is explicitly prohibited by the terms and chase have all the necessary info to identify the purchase as a gc, so they can start denying the credit at any time
