Any changes to longhaul Plus after it became Premium?

We’re looking into a possible trip to Tokyo (From Oslo) next year.
I usually fly Japan airlines, but why not try something else if the price ends up being right when the time comes to book, and my silver status gives us one extra bag for free.

I would prefer to avoid Sas economy since you barely get one drink in with your meal and everything else costs money.
I have flown longhaul plus before and remember that as a decent option with an okay seat and everything on board included.

I know they have removed lounge access, but has anything else changed after they renamed it to premium?

For domestic premium they seem to have moved from being able to choose whatever you want from the trolley to choosing three or so options from a snack basket.
