I believe the rules for provisions are the same as a normal club so should be allowed 2 guest.

Sunday during convention season is a busy time for airports, so both clubs will likely be crowded. think it is a little easier to find 3 seats together in C just due to the size of the club. If nothing else stop in B first, if you can't find a seat try C.
