Delta offers the same fare to all passengers and all sales channels with the same country of sale. Obviously no one can predict the future, but I don't believe there is any credible evidence that this will change imminently. Delta is even behind AA and UA in offering different fares via NDC versus EDIFACT, so I would be quite surprised if they were the first mover in any of this.
