In a browser, open an Incognito or Private browser window.
Go to: americanexpress.com
DO NOT LOGIN
Navigate: Travel > Book Fine Hotels & Resorts
Start to type the name of the destination, and you should see the list of hotels (see below)
If this works, try logging in (using the same browser window) and see if the properties are still displayed.
