I think they are having issues with the reduced room count at the moment, I had booked a suite for my stay this week but got an email yesterday morning (day of check in) saying a government delegation was extending their stay and so a suite wasn't available for the first night and I'd have to stay in a standard room and then move. Was moved to a suite this morning one day late and my SNA has been refunded which seems broadly fair. Interestingly the lagoon beach room I was in last night didn't have Blaise Mautin toiletries, it had something called Sicily Camellia made in China which very much did feel like a downgrade from Le Labo (the suite has Blaise Mautin again).
