Just wrapping up a few days here, with not much to add to the mostly favorable reviews preceding. I liked the hotel and would certainly stay here again. Here are a few "pro" and "con" observations. None of the "cons" are really that serious or deterrents to returning.
Pro
Location couldn't have been better for us. "Near the train station" isn't just advertising, it is literally right there, along with other local transportation.
Public areas are very pleasant. Neighborhood seems good despite some construction.
Titanium status recognized; late checkout offered but not needed.
Upgraded to spacious corner suite. Well laid out and spotless. Complimentary minibar was not only fully stocked but replenished during the stay. They even asked if we'd like alternate choices.
Executive Lounge is spacious with a great view. Evening service varied a bit between disorganized and excellent, but was never bad. Breakfast in the lounge was consistently good (and hot). (Updating an earlier post regarding restaurant breakfast - now offered at €26.50pp.)
Non-lounge food and beverage was also very good and reasonably priced, although we didn't try the Michelin-starred restaurant.
Cons
Elevators are interminably slow, worsened by one out of service.
Bathroom lighting is style over function, making shaving or ladies' makeup application difficult. It's much better with the window blind raised, but that only works in the daytime and is impractical most times for obvious reasons.
They short-sheeted the bed - almost comically - the first night. It was better after that.
