So fortunately, thanks to those who suggested an alternative method I did manage to get matched.
The result though is I now have two M&M accounts. Does anyone know how easy/hard of a process it is to get them merged if you call them?
I would wait a while before merging the accounts - just to get the heat off the status match. If it is regarding access tomyour miles you could start a family membership to share the miles.
