It will take a long time before people stop asking if their Air Japan flight is full service. People were already asking before the LCC, 'Is this like a regular ANA flight?'

I guess they were late to the party, and never really got serious about it. Though to be fair, the 777X delay is probably not making their fleet situation easier.
