OP appears to be Platinum, which is actually what I based that on, though I think I neglected to add that, since I was also unsure if PE got any access on its own. My error in not adding that part, but OP would get AC access as Plat/OWS.

The point here was rebooking options will be more abundant, period. More flights will exist, whether on 30 Dec or 31 Dec from PHL or surrounding airports than will be available from DFW. Simply look at the AA schedule from the airports in the regions in question. More flights exist. PHL is an intense focus for AA's international routing.

It's a wild card either way of course. No guarantees, but with the two choices at hand, the PHL option has better statistical odds.
