Given you're already on your second case, I might just give up on TP and go with option 2 or 3. Not sure how often I'd personally turn the case on its side on the ground anyway.
It's the GF's case and she's fussy. Didn't want to use it with screws sticking out. I could remove them, not sure if that's ok with her (again, she's fussy).
